Our Duty of Candour
We take our duty of candour very seriously.
We always want to do the best for you, and ensure that you are leading your life, your way.
We strongly encourage you to make it know to us as early as possible whenever you feel something isn’t quite right. After all, if it’s important enough for you to even think about it, it’s important enough for us to do something about it.
No matter how small or insignificant you feel an issue may be, we understand that it is the little things in life that make a big difference in how we all experience our day-to-day lives.
When you join us, we will provide you with a, “When things just don’t seem right” guide. The guide will explain the process you should follow to express your concern about any aspect of our service delivery or our staff.
We are an open, engaging and transparent company and when you make it known to us that things don’t seem just right, we will investigate your concerns immediately, with fairness and impartiality, and we will act.
Our commitment to you is that we will always do the right thing; act with integrity, openness and honesty. If we haven’t got it quite right and failed to meet our own high expectations, you can be assured that we will simply do the right thing and provide you with an apology and a remedy that is right for you.
We hope that you will be delighted to have us around. We value our staff and are keen to reward those who excel in providing the high quality of personal care that we aspire to. If you have had a great experience with us then please let us know. Your joining pack will provide you with details of how to make someone’s day.
